Jaylah received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Wellness from Jacksonville State University and received her Masters of Occupational Therapy from the University of South Alabama. Jaylah’s interests are pelvic floor and women’s health. She received her certification through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Function Level 1 (pelvic floor muscle function, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, and pelvic prolapse) and going to advance her knowledge with the Pregnancy and Postpartum course through Herman and Wallace
