Hello! I am Jessica, but I go by Jess. I am an pelvic health therapist who is passionate to serve with those who have pelvic floor dysfunction with my orthopedic background. I became interested in pelvic rehab due to pelvic health treatment for myself for chronic constipation leading to a hypertonic PF and eventual mild prolapse with my own personal life as I had to learn new functional movement patterns with holistic management with my gut health. I am a certified Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). I utilize my orthopedic background with evidence-based research with pelvic rehabilitation to serve my patients so they can live their best lives. I serve patients who have chronic pelvic pain, vulvodynia, incontinence (all forms), constipation/rectal pain, pain with sexual activity, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. I also serve patients who identify with different gender and sexual orientations of our spectrum with their pelvic dysfunction. Please let me kno
