Erica DeklePT, DPT

Dr. Erica Dekle, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Erica has advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and works with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on prenatal and postpartum care, active adults, and athletes. Her clinical approach blends evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation with pelvic health, movement retraining, and corrective exercise to address both pain and performance. She is certified in Low Pressure Fitness, dry needling, and pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, allowing her to provide comprehensive, whole-body care tailored to each patient’s goals. Erica is passionate about helping patients move confidently, return to the activities they love, and build long-term strength and resilience.
