I am an outpatient physical therapist in Pelham, Alabama. I hold speciality certifications in Lifestyle Medicine, Pain Neuroscience, and Functional Dry Needling. I am a certified yoga therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and routinely utilize yoga-based and Pilates-based interventions within patient care treatment programming. In addition to the treatment of those suffering with pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, I treat individuals with persistent pain, movement system disorders, neurologic disorders, and physical de-conditioning. My clinic offers aquatic therapy interventions as well as Aquatic to Land programming utilizing lifestyle medicine interventions for total health optimization.
