Leigh Kingsbury, PT, DPT, joined Orthopedic Physicians Alaska (OPA) in August 2024, bringing a strong commitment to evidence-based care, patient empowerment, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Dr. Kingsbury’s approach to physical therapy focuses on helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while guiding them back to an active, fulfilling lifestyle. Dr. Kingsbury earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology & Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College, graduating in 2018. She is a Certified Lymphedema and Wound Care Therapist (CLWT) through the International Lymphedema & Wound Training Institute (2023) and holds additional certifications in Vestibular Rehabilitation (2022), Dry Needling (2024) through the Institute of Clinical Excellence, and a Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Certificate from Klose Training (2024).
