Elysia Peterson PTDPT

Elysia was born in Sri Lanka and raised in Buffalo, NY, where she spent much of her early life. Elysia obtained her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Niagara University and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Daemen College in Buffalo. Throughout her travels, Elysia has worked as a physical therapist in four states, including New York, Mississippi, Arizona, and Alaska. Elysia first landed in Alaska as a traveling physical therapist in February 2020 with her best friend, Chelsea (also an ECPT therapist). Elysia and Chelsea bought one-way tickets to Alaska and decided they were not leaving. Elysia fell in love with Alaska's beauty as soon as she stepped off the airplane and glanced at Anchorage's beautiful snow-covered mountains. When Elysia is not treating her patients, you will find her and her best friend, Chelsea, running, biking, and hiking their favorite Alaskan mountains.
