Megan Zimmerman

Megan earned a BS in Exercise Science at Northern Arizona University in 2005 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. Megan has practiced physical therapy in a variety of sessions for the past 15 years but found her professional passion working with pregnant and postpartum clients after having three children. Megan has participated in postgraduate training in mat and reformer pilates through Balanced Body, pelvic floor continued education through Herman and Wallace, and is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). Megan's primary goal is to provide guidance, education, and support to pregnant and postpartum clients with emphasis on postural education, optimal breathing patterns, pelvic/back/SI pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastases recti, prolapse, and rehabilitation pilates. Megan practices at two location in the Phoenix area (Biltmore and Scottsdale).
