Rachel ConnPT, DPT

I have my Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from SUNY Broome, my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland, and my Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University. I have received my training in pelvic health from Herman and Wallace, and I am currently pursuing a residency in pelvic health. Originally from upstate New York, I moved to Sierra Vista, AZ in 2024. I provide both in-person and virtual telehealth appointments!
