Alanna Orlando PTDPT

Alanna is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong foundation in orthopedic care and advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation. She graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2022. Alanna is passionate about creating a supportive, empowering environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their ability to improve function and quality of life. Dr. Alanna’s clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based care, a comprehensive whole-body approach to assessment and treatment, and trauma-informed principles. She is committed to collaborating with patients and building therapeutic relationships that are based on empathy and trust. She appreciates helping patients navigate pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and other symptoms that can impact their quality of life so that they can return to their activities without limitations.
