Brier received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Spanish from Westminster College in 2016, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Central AR in 2020. Brier began her practice in orthopedic and sports rehab at Advanced Physical Therapy in Little Rock, AR as she continued her education through Herman and Wallace to specialize in pelvic health rehabilitation. Her areas of special interest include peri-natal care, fertility management, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, pain with intercourse, perimenopause symptoms, tactical athletes, endurance athletes including runners and cyclists, cross-fit and power lifters. Brier ran NCAA cross country and track and stays active in the local running community. She performs running gait analysis for athletes of all ages and levels, with special focus on returning to running post-partum. She is passionate about holistic wellness, natural ways to optimize the body’s functions, and movement as medicine. She is also certified in dry needling
