Jennah is a graduate of Regis University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program and has 14 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Jennah blends her skills in manual therapy with therapeutic movement and wellness-oriented patient education to help create an optimal environment for healing. Jennah earned her Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) in 2015. She is also a certified Rehabilitation Pilates Instructor and certified dry needling practitioner. She has received additional training in women's pelvic health through Herman and Wallace. She treats sacroiliac pain, spinal pain, hip pain, pelvic pain, diastasic recti, urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. She enjoys helping pregnant and postpartum women stay active throughout their pregnancies and safely return to their previous activities postpartum.
