Rachael Gossett, PT, DPT, SEP, PCES is a nervous system informed physical therapist dedicated to helping people navigate the complexities of pelvic health and postpartum recovery with safety, connection, and empowerment. Since earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018, Rachael has developed a specialized practice grounded in pelvic health and orthopedic principles, with a deep interest in the mind-body-gut connection and how it shapes physical symptoms. She helps clients manage chronic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, challenges with sexual activity or pelvic examinations, dizziness, and sensory processing conditions. Her work is especially meaningful for those recovering from challenging births or complex postpartum journeys, including cesarean delivery, or assisted delivery with forceps or vacuum.
