Dr. Erica Tran, a passionate physical therapist and Colorado native, brings a unique blend of athleticism, compassion, and clinical expertise to her practice. Erica’s journey began at the University of Colorado – Boulder, studying Integrative Physiology, where her fascination with human anatomy and movement blossomed alongside her athletic pursuits. She earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020 from Midwestern University at Glendale, AZ. Erica’s personal and professional experiences have shaped her specialties. A former collegiate tennis player and CrossFit Level 1 trainer, she has a deep understanding of the demands of weightlifting, CrossFit, racket sports and yoga. Erica’s passion for women’s and pelvic health developed after her own experience with urinary incontinence and urgency, which impacted her athletic performance. Through pelvic floor treatment, she gained not only physical relief but also a profound appreciation for the importance of this area of care. Today, she is d
