Valerie Zamora PTDPT

Val received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2015 and a BS in Exercise Science from Rockhurst University in 2012. She is passionate about Women's Health Physical Therapy and especially loves to treat women who are pregnant and postpartum. Val believes that women during this stage of life should be undergoing preventative care while pregnant and restorative care postpartum similar to amateur and professional athletes following a competitive season. As a current mom and wife, Val is understanding of the unique challenges facing women on a daily basis and focuses on each patient's individualized goals. Val is a former college athlete and has experience in multiple forms of exercise allowing her to help return patients to their favorite type. She has received extra training (CEUs) in caring for the pregnant patient (Herman and Wallace), pelvic floor L1 and 2B from (Herman and Wallace), TDN L1 (kinetacore), nutrition (Herman and Wallace), care of the crossfit athlete
