Chelsey SalyardsPT, DPT

Chelsey Salyards obtained her undergraduate degree from Colorado State obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion with a concentration in Health Promotion. Chelsey then attended Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska where she obtained her Doctorate degree in the practice of Physical Therapy. Chelsey has since obtained certifications in Dry needling, wound care management, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Chelsey has practiced in a rural setting since her graduation from Creighton in 2015 and can treat a wide variety of conditions across the age spectrum.
