I graduated from Northeastern University in 2005 and moved to Florida to escape the New England winters (which I now miss). I opened a small but mighty physical therapy clinic in Boca Raton specializing in pelvic and abdominal health. I treat both women and men using a variety of techniques and specialties. I have completed my pelvic health training through the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health and the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. In addition, I utilize visceral mobilization, Arvigo abdominal therapy, and hypopressive or low pressure fitness.
