Hi there! I am a physical therapist in south Florida that specializes in pelvic health. I take a very holistic approach to treating my patients and combine Western and Eastern medicine practices. I believe in finding the root cause to your symptoms - asking questions like why is the pelvic floor tight versus "that's just the way it is". The body speaks loud, it's up to us to listen. I work primarily with women with bladder, bowel or sexual health dysfunction. I specialize in visceral mobilization and fertility planning (natural conception, or IUI/IVF), I am a pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist in pregnancy and have a sweet spot for treating pelvic pain especially endometriosis.
