Dr. Lauren Dela Cruz graduated from the University of Florida in 2012 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has 8+ years experience in general orthopedics in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. She also became a certified orthopedic manual therapist in 2014. Dr. Lauren has a passion for women's health and working to heal and empower prenatal and postpartum women. She has training in pelvic floor physical therapy from Herman and Wallace Institute. She is a mother of 2 little boys and has interesting pregnancy and birth stories of her own, including recovery from a cesarean and VBAC.
