JaAsha Pena earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Florida A&M University and went on to complete a Women’s Health Physical Therapy Residency through the Brooks Institute for Higher Learning. She is presently offers rehabilitation for all genders treating symptoms such as urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, constipation, prolapse, as well as pregnancy and postpartum dysfunction. JaAsha provides concierge and virtual physical therapy and wellness based services including dry needling, manual therapy, and injury prevention services. In addition to her work as a physical therapist, she is also a postpartum doula.
