My name is Alexia Garcia and I am a Women's Health Physical Therapist who absolutely loves helping all women feel strong, healthy, and empowered. I graduated with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and found my passion for helping women two years after graduation when I recognized the lack of awareness and support available for female specific issues involving the pelvic floor, pregnancy and the postpartum period. Since then, I have attained in-depth knowledge of pelvic floor therapy and have specialized in Obstetrics through the American Physical Therapy Association as well as attained certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. ​In addition to my Physical Therapy degree, I am a trained classical Pilates instructor and a registered Yoga instructor. As a result of this additional training, my treatment style involves a blend of disciplines for a uniquely holistic approach. I aim to build a strong relationship with each of
