Rachel King is a nationally board certified and state registered occupational therapist. After earning experience working with students as an English Language Arts teacher, she decided to dedicate her time to helping students on an individual basis. She received her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She gained experience working with neurological and cognitive rehabilitation in a day treatment program for traumatic brain injury. She then transitioned to working in pediatrics with a focus on autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, and A.D.H.D. After working in various pediatric outpatient settings, she established her own private practice to allow her the flexibility to best meet children’s needs in their home environment.
