Dr. Kristy Clements earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Dr. Kristy specializes in the treatment of the pelvic floor, including incontinence, return to exercise, abdominal weakness, diastasis healing and optimizing core & pelvic floor function in menopausal & post-menopausal women. Dr. Kristy is a movement specialist who utilizes a whole-body approach to address biomechanics and their impact on pelvic floor dysfunction, including posture, breathing, as well as nervous system & lifestyle habits to help her patients reach their goals. She currently holds a certification as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). Dr. Kristy developed a passion for pelvic floor physical therapy during her pregnancy when she realized the lack of education and preparation for birth and returning to activities and exercise postpartum.
