Nicole Woodruff uses a multimodal approach to facilitate pain relief and promote healing beyond pelvic floor dysfunction. She was first drawn to pelvic floor therapy after the birth of her first child, when she quickly learned what it was like to live with pelvic floor dysfunction. Specialties include treatment of female sexual pain, chronic pelvic girdle, tailbone & low back pain, c-section scar release, interstitial cystitis, urge incontinence, and prolapse. She blends nervous system down training, myofascial release, trigger point therapies, and movement to facilitate healing. Nicole is also certified in the Graston Technique, a specialized form of manual therapy that helps identify and treat scar tissue to relieve pain and promote healing. She is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and yoga instructor, providing her with a unique lens in looking at movements of the body to optimize function and comfort. Nicole combines her 12 years of clinical ex
