I have completed numerous continuing education courses through Herman & Wallace, the Barral Institute (VM1), and the Institute for Birth Healing, as well as additional pelvic health coursework through other organizations. I am also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS). I am also a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). My practice focuses on treating adult women across all stages of life, with an emphasis on pelvic health, functional movement, and whole‑body wellness.
