Cecilia is a physical therapist's assistant in an outpatient clinic for almost a decade and has been a licensed massage therapist for 25 years. As a pelvic floor therapist, along with her manual skills and traditional physical therapy background, Cecilia offers a unique breath-based practice of mindful movement honed in a quarter-century as a yoga teacher and a certified yoga therapist.
