Nidhi Patel PTDPT

Nidhi graduated from MCPHS University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. She was exposed to pelvic health through one of her clinical rotations and became very interested in the field. She has clinical training through techniques from the Institute of Physical Art. Her areas of interest include spine rehab, pelvic girdle rehab, movement based treatments, training for injury prevention, core activation, and soft tissue and joint mobilization. She incorporates postural control strategies, stability and mobility exercises into treatments and integrates the importance of adequate nutrition, sleep, mental health and cardiovascular health into treatments.
