Amanda HolmesPT, DPT

Amanda Holmes graduated from Regis University in 2017. Before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy, she studied Athletic Training at the University of Toledo. Amanda has practiced in sports rehab, pelvic health, and orthopedics, and now is the owner of Unbound Physical Therapy, where she specializes in pelvic floor, low back, and hip conditions. She has special interest in chronic pain conditions, including: CPPS/ chronic prostatitis, pudendal neuralgia, vulvodynia, vaginismus, interstitial cystitis, and femoral acetabular impingement. She integrates manual therapy, dry needling and electrical neuromodulation, pain science, and graded exercise in her treatment.
