I founded WellWomanPT online in 2020 when childbirth preparation services were shut down during the Covid-19 pandemic. Women needed pelvic health and birth prep care and it was a way to help my community. Since then, I now offer concierge women's pelvic health, with in the clinic, at home, and through telehealth. I have 30 years of experience, 25 in prenatal and women’s pelvic health physical therapy as well as 15 years of prenatal exercise instruction. I love to provide preventative prenatal care to help reduce cesarean risk and pelvic floor dysfunctions postpartum. I also love to provide pelvic physical therapy treatment pelvic pain, post-caesarean care, and release scar tissue with myofascial and visceral facial mobilization.
