About

Beth has been specializing in pelvic physical therapy for 25 years. She received a double BS degree in Biology and Chemistry from Meredith College, followed by a Masters of Physical Therapy degree in 1997 from Emory University. Primary areas of expertise include treatment of all forms of pelvic pain (female and male), prolapse, urinary/bowel dysfunction, sexual dysfunction and abdominal issues. Treatment of these conditions involves combining all parts of her training - orthopedic, neurologic, visceral and musculoskeletal elements - with the patient-specific goals. Her treatment approach is eclectic, using multiple forms of therapy since not all people respond the same way to similar treatments. Beth is one of only a few therapists who have completed dual board certification as Women’s Health (WCS) and as Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC expired 2024). She has extensive post-graduate training with emphasis on manual therapeutic interventions and pelvic rehabilitation - includin
