I am an occupational therapist with over 17 years of experience in both pediatrics and adults. My extensive background in acute care, in-patient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and community-based private practice allows for a variety of personalized treatment approaches. I earned my doctorate at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. I have trained with Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and Lindsey Vestal of The Functional Pelvis. My passion is helping clients align their goals with their habits, lifestyle, and environment.
