Blair Holliday graduated from North Georgia College with a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy. She is certified in trigger point dry needling, neuro-development treatment for adults with stroke, as well as Kinesio taping for extremities and spine. She began her career with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta on the comprehensive intensive rehabilitation unit and working with children with neurological disabilities in their homes. Since 2007, she has been involved with Shepherd Center of Atlanta working with patients throughout the rehab center in the spinal cord injury, brain injury, and neuro specialty departments. Starting in 2010, she began to study pilates and has incorporated this knowledge into her treatment plan in the outpatient physical therapy environment. Blair certifications from Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation have enhanced her skills to assess and manually treat the pelvis externally and internally.
