Aloha, My name is Rachael and I have been a massage therapist working with relaxation, pain, structural integration, and sports massage. I have taken a postpartum doula training with Pacific Birth Collective and have been trained in Mayan Abdominal Massage based on the teachings of Dr. Rosita Arvigo. I work anywhere from incontinence to digestion, and prolapse to heavy menstrual cycles. Through completely external massage, we target the entire abdomen, low back, and sacrum to increase flow, lymph, and bring everything back into alignment.
