I am a Physical Therapist from North Carolina now in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. I have a background and passion for psychology. I received my pelvic floor certification through Herman and Wallace and Certified Yoga Teacher Training on the Big Island. Utilizing my skills from all aspects to bring a greater sense of mind-body connection and empowerment for all genders and ages. I scale each movement to meet my clients where they are in their journey. My exercises are based on returning functional movement back to my clients to feel confident and comfortable with their everyday tasks and provide support from a holistic approach.
