Samantha “Sami” attended the University of San Diego where she received her B.S. in communication studies and business in 2010. During college she danced on the university dance team and became a certified yoga teacher. She then attended the University of Montana for graduate school, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. Sami received her pelvic floor training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute in 2015. She is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and certified yoga instructor.
