Abby Waychoff OTR/LRYT

Abby completed her undergraduate education at the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in biology. Her interest in anatomy and physiology coupled with the desire to work with people led her to Chicagoland where she attended Midwestern University, earning a masters degree in occupational therapy in 2008. Since then she has worked in a variety of settings as well as completed a yearlong yoga teacher-training course in 2011 through Moksha Yoga. After experiencing the birth of her son in 2016 that resulted in physical injuries, she has discovered a passion for helping and supporting other women. Abby has sought additional training in pelvic floor rehab through Marquette University and has trained with Herman and Wallace. Abby is continually seeking additional training and is currently completing mentoring hours towards biofeedback certification for the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction.
