Alexis FortmannPT, DPT

Alexis received both her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Clarke University in Dubuque, IA. Alexis is a Pelvic Health Specialist, who specializes in the treatment of both male and female patients who experience urinary and bowel incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and pelvic pain. Alexis is certified in the Graston technique, Hawkgrips, Sole Supports, and in Herman and Wallace pelvic coursework as well. She is originally from Southwest Wisconsin and has traveled throughout the Midwest for her clinical training, including Iowa City, IA and Milwaukee, WI. Alexis looks forward to assisting a wide variety of patients meet their rehabilitation potential, in addition to promoting the need for physical therapy in the outpatient setting.
