I studied Exercise Science at Olivet Nazarene University and then continued on to the University of Illinois at Chicago for my doctorate in physical therapy. I have been practicing for 9 years in a variety of settings and now specialize in pelvic health. I am a Pregnancy and Post Partum Corrective Exercise Specialist through Core Solutions but also treat pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, constipation, and provide care for all genders.
