Jastine Sahota

Jastine Sahota studied Occupational Therapy at Midwestern University in Downers Grove. After having postpartum recovery issues herself, she merged her OT lens with her postpartum healing and began her journey in pelvic health specialization. She enjoys working with all populations for pelvic health support, and especially resonates with the perinatal and hypermobile/EDS communities. Jastine is a Herman and Wallace TA and enjoys participating in the growth of other pelvic health therapists.
