Dr. Leslie Kremer is a pelvic and birth healing specialist offering over 15 years of experience as a physical therapist. She is passionate about helping women during the birthing and postpartum stage of life. "I desire to see women recover more fully after birth and that begins with pregnancy or sooner." Dr. Leslie combines multiple specializations including pelvic floor therapy, spinning babies, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation. Her approach includes a combination of light touch fascial release techniques and simple exercises to meet the desired goal. During pregnancy, baby position is optimized through specific positions and stretches. During the postpartum period care is focused on restoring normal activation of the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles along with ensuring mom returns to previous activities.
