Sarah DominguezPT, MSPT, CLT, WCS

Sarah studied at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (1998) and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (2001). She has worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics and was trained in incorporating the pelvic floor into her practice in 2001 and has incorporated pelvic floor rehab into her practice ever since. Sarah has certifications in lymphedema therapy, myofascial trigger point therapy (dry needling), medical therapeutic yoga and a specialty certification in women's health. She opened Foundational Concepts in 2013 with her business partner, to provide a practice for patients that specializes just in pelvic floor disorders to provide a safe place to seek the best quality of care. Foundational Concepts was founded also to provide a workplace that supports and mentors physical therapists in the specialty of pelvic floor disorders. They now have 5 locations in the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area.
