Laura McKaig PTMSPT

Laura McKaig is one of the few clinicians in the Kansas City area who specializes exclusively in pelvic floor physical therapy for both men and women. Laura became interested in pelvic floor rehabilitation as a specialty, having suffered for years with women's health issues that she now knows are treatable with physical therapy. She enjoys educating and empowering her clients with the knowledge and skills they need to regain dignity, restore control, and improve their quality of life. Laura has received much of her specialty training through The Herman Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She has specialized training in male pelvic floor issues, pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction, and pelvic health for the age 55+ population. She has attained Master Clinician status in pelvic floor dysfunction from SAVA Senior Care. Her experience in teaching and communications reflects her passion as an educator and speaker.
