About
Suzanne is an occupational therapist that specializes in nervous system regulation and pelvic floor therapy. Suzanne graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S.E. in Kinesiology: Biomechanics/Exercise Science in 2010 and a B.S. in Nursing in 2013. She worked as a registered nurse in the areas of physical rehabilitation and mother-baby where she gained experience with a wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, postpartum mothers, and infants. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University in 2019 to combine her passions of development, women's health, and rehabilitation. Suzanne is also a certified yoga, children’s yoga, and aerial yoga instructor. Suzanne’s therapeutic sessions utilize a variety of mind-body techniques to address pelvic floor function through nervous system regulation (sensory processing, anxiety, stress management, pain management, trauma), yoga, and mindfulness, as well as, other traditional occupation
