Amanda attended Slippery Rock University for her undergraduate studies and graduated in 2013 with a B.S. in exercise and rehabilitative science. She attended Wheeling Jesuit University for graduate school and graduated in 2015 with her doctorate in physical therapy. At her time in graduate school she participated in several mission trips and volunteered at the pro bono clinic. Following graduate school she began her orthopedic residency with Drayer Physical Therapy Institute while working as a staff PT and became board certified in orthopedics in 2017. She began her studies in pelvic floor therapy in 2018 and attended Herman and Wallace for pelvic education. She has been treating pelvic floor since 2018 and believes in making her patients feel as comfortable as possible, giving them multiple treatment options to feel empowered to choose their care.
