I specialize in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy for women across the lifespan. I graduated from The University of New England in 2004 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. I have advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute PF1 PF2A and PF2B, Women’s Health Coaching Certification and Functional Nutrition through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute as well as advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, chronic pain management, ergonomics and The Graston Technique®.
