Ellen Yost graduated from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Vermont. She has advanced training and certifications in pelvic floor rehabilitation in women and men, peripartum care, cancer care, and lymphedema management. Ellen treats a wide range of pelvic floor disorders, including but not limited to: incontinence or urinary leaking, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, high tone muscle dysfunction, and pelvic organ prolapse. In addition, she treats bowel dysfunctions including chronic constipation, fecal incontinence and symptoms of IBS. She has specialized training in obstetric physical therapy with focus on return to exercise post partum, continence care, preparation for labor and delivery, compression fitting, scar management, and musculoskeletal concerns including diastasis recti and back and pelvic pain.
