Dr. Tara Collins has recently started her own practice, She's Fit Physical Therapy LLC, offering in-home concierge physical therapy services in the Maryland area. Dr. Collins' focus is pelvic floor rehab and is able to treat a wide range of conditions including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel incontinence, pre/post natal care, sexual dysfunction and more. Tara Collins, DPT, received her undergraduate education at the University of Delaware and then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston MA, on full scholarship. Tara started her career in the acute rehab setting, working with a wide range of conditions including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputee patients, cardiac and post stroke. As Tara transitioned to outpatient care her skills and expertise continued to expand to lymphedema, pelvic floor rehab, vestibular, IASTM/graston, taping, cupping and manual therapy.
