Em Ike (they/them) OTR/L, CLT is a queer non-binary pelvic floor therapist and the owner of Pioneer Valley Pelvic Health, LLC. Em specializes in treating LGBTQIA+ people with pelvic floor issues, such as: pain with sex or gynecological exams, incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, pregnancy and postpartum care and recovery, constipation, post gender-affirming surgery recovery, and pelvic/hip/lower back pain. They are committed to creating a safe, validating space for you to heal.
