Michelle Broughton PTDPT, PRPC

She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007. She holds the distinction of the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification designating her as an expert in the field of pelvic rehabilitation. This qualifies her to perform pelvic floor therapy for all individuals with any gender expression across all ages. Some of these pelvic and abdominal diagnoses include pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, post prostatectomy, female post surgical care, urinary and/or bowel dysfunction, vaginismus, vulvodynia, and dyspareunia. I have taken advanced level training courses to include endometriosis, fibroids, infertility, and abdominal/visceral work. Most recently I attended more advanced training in sexual medicine in pelvic rehab. I am committed to my patients and the intimate struggle they go through dealing with pelvic and abdominal dysfunction. I have a special interest in pregnancy care, and postpartum management and advocacy due to my personal experience x 4!
