As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, & a Registered Yoga Teacher; Stefanie decided to create a Health & Wellness company that would collaborate her skills. Stefanie brings an intimate knowledge of health & fitness to her treatment style, with 15 years of Physical Therapy & Personal Training experience. She is Pelvic Floor Certified & Functional Dry Needling Certified to take her Physical Therapy treatments to a higher level of care. Stefanie Personal Trains clients, teaches our Yoga Classes, & Leads the Weekly Running Club. Stefanie completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at The University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2007. She received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northeastern University in 2012.
