Hi! I'm Blair Evanosky. I am a mom, wife and physical therapist. I grew up as an athlete playing multiple sports and having multiple sports related injuries. These injuries led me to the field of physical therapy. I completed my bachelors degree in exercise physiology in 2006 from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and my doctorate degree in physical therapy in 2009 from Franklin Pierce University. I spent my first years working at and then managing an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. I then became pregnant and realized how few resources there were for the pregnant person in terms of exercising safely and reducing aches and pain throughout pregnancy. I was a physical therapist, I should know all of these things, I should have been trained in all of this, but I wasn't. I then became postpartum and felt as though I had no resources to help me.
